Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform your requested services. Errors or omissions in information you provide may result in delays, rejections, or additional fees.
Fees and Payment
Service fees are quoted prior to commencement of work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We reserve the right to pause work on your file if payment obligations are not met.
Turnaround Times
Processing times depend on FAA workload and are outside of our control. We will submit your documents promptly but cannot guarantee specific FAA processing times.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for FAA processing delays, rejections due to FAA policy changes, or errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Governing Law
